My 1:1 Health Coaching programmes help you achieve your health goals, whether this is weight loss, finding ways to exercise or looking to break a bad habit. I will guide you to creating a clear vision and goals, with weekly actionable tasks. In addition to coaching, I'll provide online resources to equip you with the knowledge to improve your health and well-being. By the end of the programme you will feel more confident, happier and energised and you will continue to use the tools I provide to sustainably improve your health longer term. We work together and set weekly actions so you can begin to make a difference to your health. In the first session we uncover all the details of your current lifestyle and what is getting in the way of improving your health. We cover what you would like to achieve and by when. I recommend to follow a blood sugar balancing plan to eating nutritious whole foods and avoid ultra-processed food. With your dedicated commitment, you will see a difference in your improved health and well-being. You will feel empowered, energised and confident to continue with your new improved lifestyle. 

* As a Health Coach there are areas that are out of my scope of practice, such as assessing symptoms, making a diagnosis or treating specific conditions and I would advise you to contact your doctor. A full scope of practice will be provided before we begin to work together.

4 weeks fast track to re-energise and reset

This 4 week 1:1 coaching programme includes:

  • Session 1 (1hr 15mins): in-depth health assessment, setting goals and vision.
  • Sessions 2-3 (50 mins): review, re-set goals and weekly actions, health and nutrition guidance and online resources provided. 
  • Session 4 (1hr): review achievements and assess next steps to managing goals independently. Option to extend to 6-12 week sessions at an additional cost.

COST: £360 (4 Sessions)

6 weeks to revitalise and restore

This 6 week 1:1 coaching programme includes:

  • Session 1 (1hr 15mins): in-depth health assessment, setting goals and vision.
  • Sessions 2-5 (50 mins): review, re-set goals and weekly actions, health and nutrition guidance and online resources provided.
  • Session 6 (1hr): review achievements and assess next steps to managing goals independently. Option to extend to 8-12 week sessions at an additional cost.

COST: £540 (6 Sessions)
