How does Health Coaching work?

I work with clients to achieve the best version of themselves. We work together to create your vision and goals, what you want to achieve and by when. An example includes looking to lose weight. We work together on how this can be achieved and explore everything from nutrition, movement and lifestyle choices. We explore your actionable weekly tasks and we work together to identify your health goals. You report back on your progress and there may be adjustments to these actions to help you progress. In the longer term, the experience you have with my Health Coaching programme will help you maintain your newly adopted lifestyle independently.

If I want to lose weight will I have to go on a diet?

No, there is no need to go on a strict diet. With my Health Coaching programmes I recommend a blood sugar balanced plan. This is simple by cutting down on your sugar and salt in-take by eating whole foods and avoiding ultra-processed food. I provide you with ideas on the types food and drink to consume. With your commitment and my support you can make significant positive steps to losing weight and feeling more energised.

Can I try one session before signing up to your programme?

If you're unsure and would like to try one session to see the benefits of Health Coaching, I'm more than happy to accommodate this. We can work together for one session and continue to work together if you wish. The achievement of health goals, depending on what they are, will require more than 4 weekly sessions, as it takes time to change a bad habit and adopt a new lifestyle change.
